Account Manager - Austin

Description

  • Develop an effective understanding of the capability, benefits and competitive advantages of TransPerfect's services
  • Provide customer support and manage client expectations in liaison with the Production Management Team
  • Identify prospective leads; develop new client relationships via cold calling, internet research, and trade shows
  • Identify, qualify, develop and close sales opportunities in coordination with Sales Management
  • Promote TransPerfect by educating clients on the company’s various products and services
  • Manage and control pricing and contractual issues by developing a thorough understanding of company procedures

Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree or its equivalent
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Effective time management
  • Customer support experience
