Account Manager - Austin
Description
- Develop an effective understanding of the capability, benefits and competitive advantages of TransPerfect's services
- Provide customer support and manage client expectations in liaison with the Production Management Team
- Identify prospective leads; develop new client relationships via cold calling, internet research, and trade shows
- Identify, qualify, develop and close sales opportunities in coordination with Sales Management
- Promote TransPerfect by educating clients on the company’s various products and services
- Manage and control pricing and contractual issues by developing a thorough understanding of company procedures
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor's degree or its equivalent
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Effective time management
- Customer support experience
